THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TEACHING AND PREACHING!!!

Holy Spirit will shock you on your knowledge about these two things. He will disgrace your dictionary. I don't know what you and your dictionary defines Teaching and preaching and their differences but according to the Holy spirit, it is only one thing that differentiate the two.

The one thing that differentiate teaching from preaching is not your calling, or Kind of environment you are doing it or the content of your message neither is it based on how enhanced and sophisticated your message is nor based on Your way of Doing it.

The one single thing that differentiate the two is "Number", Yes! You heard me correctly, The numbers of people listening to your message is what makes your message to be seen as Teaching Or Preaching act.

The perfect example is Jesus Christ, When he preach to the multitude in parables, he will explain the parables to his Disciples privately. Teaching is Person to person Communication while preaching doesn't require a feedback from the Audience or Listeners.

In teaching, the Audience ask Question, they interact with the teacher and the teacher go deeper than when he is Preaching. Preaching deals with theme while teaching deals with Topics of the theme. 

I believe we are together Now! But the very difference between Teaching and Preaching is the Number of Audience. You cannot teach 5,000 People but you can Preach to 5,000 People. If you teach great numbers of people, 90% will end up in illiteracy and only few will understand. This is the problem of Government Schools where 200 students are in one Classroom. Are you getting the point Now.

Numbers! What did I say.....Numbers!!! Yes, remember Numbers. Thank you holy spirit.
